Delivery

We currently only provide shipping services within Taiwan (including offshore islands). International shipping is not available.

Usage Instructions

  1. Insert the SIM card after arriving at your destination
  2. Turn on mobile data roaming
  3. Wait 1-3 minutes for automatic connection
  4. If connection fails, try restarting your phone

  • Yes, you can use your phone’s hotspot feature
  • Recommended to share with no more than 3 devices
  • Too many connected devices may affect internet speed

Returns & Exchanges

  • Unused products with intact packaging are acceptable for return/exchange
  • Activated SIM cards cannot be returned or exchanged
